A Winter Sun

Nicknamed “cheeze wiz” by my friend. This was a practice in finer line work. I had a ~1″ boarder around the circle. This was the first circular substrate so naturally, I made a sun.

I used orange Rit dye. I experimented by premixing the dye in water, and then adding it to the putty. The putty I had was premixed. I had been mixing it thinner already, but trying to dye the putty with any liquid dyes limits the richness of the color I can achieve.
